Abstract

In his research, the researcher had dealt with: the eighteenth verse of Surah (Qaf} as an analytical study.
The purpose of the study was to show that everything that a person says, does and what he thinks about himself is recorded and saved. As well as he may be held accountable and asked for it.
The researcher has followed the analytical approach.
The topic of the research has started with an introduction stating the rea-son for choosing the topic, the title of the research, the plan that followed in the research, and the approach.
Then the researcher had concerned with the meanings of the vocabulary in the verse, its relevance to what precedes and follows it. As well as, the Qur'anic readings contained therein, their syntax, the rhetorical issues, gen-eral meaning, the fundamental analysis, and what is learned from the verse. The researcher relied on the sayings of the great commentators in explaining the meaning of the verse from the Companions (sahaba), the followers (alta-abiein) and their followers. He also depend on language books in its various arts, and books of fundamentals (alasul), until the researcher concluded that a person's words, actions, and what he thinks and believes are recorded and saved on him, but he is not held accountable for all of them, but is held ac-countable for the good and evil of them only. Therefore, he is rewarded for good deeds and punished for evil, which makes a person stop and think be-fore every saying he wants to say, act, and belief. Therefore, he has to look, intend and act. So that he watches, nurtures himself and raises it with every virtuous features, and keeps it away from every vice.
