Abstract

The issue of international trade in arms, especially prohibited ones, or illegal trade, even if it is replaced by weapons that are not interna-tionally prohibited, has become one of the issues that confused the world, and paved the way for reviving the war economy, and reducing the years of peace and stability in the world.
