The subject of analogy and its impact in eliciting the branches of the origins is one of the useful sciences for the seeker of knowledge.
It is known that the evidence of analogy is the way of the diligent when they lose the evidence, and they join through it that which is not provided for in the texts, and therefore its impact on Islamic jurisprudence was great, and the established rulings from its way are countless.
Likewise, the analogy is apparent and proven by the evidence of the origin, and due to its importance, the fundamentalists took care of it and put for it pillars and conditions that are not valid without them.
It is also known that the science of grading the branches on the fundamentals is related to two techniques, namely "jurisprudence" and "usul al-fiqh", and it is a servant of them from the point of view of the subject, and complements them from the point of view of the intended. Thus, the methods of deduction, the aspects of inference, and the implications of consideration are revealed.
The importance of this science lies in the fact that it makes the researcher in the sciences of Sharia follow steady and solid steps in deriving the legal ruling, in addition to that through this science - and training in it, the director can find solutions to the problems of his time, and that is through elicitation according to what the imams or their followers did not stipulate.
