Thinking styles and its relationship to the distinguished administrative behavior of the heads of the people in the Baghdad Education Directorate
Abstract
The current research seeks to identify the methods of thinking and its relationship to the distinctive administrative behavior of the heads of the people in the Directorate of Education in Baghdad. In order to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher followed the descriptive approach through a sample of the heads of the people in the Directorate of Education in Baghdad with a sample size of (150), and it has The researcher prepared the two research tools and verified their statistical characteristics of validity and stability, and after reassurance about these characteristics, the research tools were applied, and the study concluded the following:
1. There is a good level of thinking methods among the heads of divisions in the education directorates in Baghdad
2. There are statistically significant differences in the thinking styles of the heads of divisions in the Directorate of Education in Baghdad due to the social gender.
3. There is a good level of distinguished administrative behavior among the heads of divisions in the education directorates in Baghdad
4. There are statistically significant differences in the distinctive adminis-trative behavior of the heads of divisions in the Directorate of Education in Baghdad due to the social gender.
5. There is a statistically significant relationship between the styles of thinking and the distinguished administrative behavior of the heads of peo-ple in the Directorate of Education in Baghdad.
