Abstract

The Impact of International Variables on Sovereignty
The sovereignty is one of the main principles of international system. Through the sovereignty the countries exercise their relationship under the protection of public international law. The function of international law is to protect the sovereignty through the realization freedom of international will. The word sovereignty takes space in the research, discussion, and argument areas, through the fields of law, politics and intellectuals all over the world,associated to the major international variables that swept international system. So that led to the emergence of concepts and new vocabulary by the current global system for example globalization, and the international of humanitarian and international terrorism has hit the concept of sovereignty under pretext of protecting human and dissemination of the values of democracy.
