Abstract

Rather, the person in charge is commanded to ask for an answer to the matters that constitute his religious and worldly affairs, and I have reached results, including:
That separating the questioner from the mufti is legitimate and he may ask him about his evidence if he is familiar with the jurisprudence of the evidence. If he is illiterate, he should not ask about the evidence, especially if the evidence is vague or hidden due to his lack of knowledge of it. Rather, it is sufficient to know the legal ruling of permissibility or not.
The commoner should not request evidence from his mufti politely. If he wants to increase confidence and authentication, he should request evidence at another time.
If the questioner is a seeker of knowledge who has jurisprudence in the evidence and his knowledge and deduction, then there is nothing wrong with asking him from his mufti because he understands the evidence.
