Abstract

The study aimed to show that the message of Islam is comprehensive, it transcends borders, and it is a global humanitarian institution in its principles and international in its system and provisions, and all of this is derived from the divine constitution, the Noble Qur'an. And non-Muslims, wars and their disasters, it is wrong to believe that the tolerant Sharia in the field of international relations is in the law of war, so the Islamic religion is a basic rule in its legislative system.
