Abstract

One of the contemporary problems that society suffers from is harming the wife in the marital home, and one of the worst types of this harm is the inability to fulfill the wife's sexual and financial rights. Wives shyness prevents them from complaining about this harm, so this research came to clarify the legal ruling for someone who harms his wife by failing to fulfill her legal right of bedding and alimony, and the ruling on differentiating between spouses in these two cases.
