Mercy is one of the most prominent features of true Islam as it is a characteristic rooted in all its tolerant teachings and has clear manifestations in its origins and branches. Throughout the ages those who hate Islam have tried to obliterate the features of this mercy by depicting Islam as a bloody religion based on the corpses of conquered countries and their methods have diversified by distorting the good face of Islam. Sometimes they raise doubts about its doctrinal origins. and at other times about its legislative branches. Therefore the men of Islam among the scholars working in the principles and branches rushed to respond to those suspicions so their methods varied in repelling their doubts and refuting them either by invalidating them with argument and proof or by showing the beauties of Islam and their manifestations in the foundations and branches so this came summary search; To show some of those advantages inherent in the legislative branches of Islam in terms of the jurists taking into account the description of compassion which is one of the manifestations of the characteristic of mercy that Islam came with.
