The purpose of facilitation and relief And its impact on the Quranic systems
Abstract
The title of the research is (Maqsad Al- Tayseer wa Raf'ul Haraj wa Atharuhu fi Al-Nazm al Qur'ai). The research is based upon the study of the Qur'anic verses that denote the principle of facilitation and removal of embarrassment and which clearly and explicitly indicate their rooting for this principle. These verses were mentioned on different occasions sometimes they were conditioned and in other times they were unconditioned to raise this fundamental jurisprudential principle which is "facilitation and removal of the embarrassment" from the rank of intentional approach which is limited to explaining wisdom of it to increasing certainty to the rank of the principle and the rule upon which legal provisions are based. This principle for which evidence of Qur'an and Sunnah rooted contributes to weighting evidence given that it is one of the purposes in the highest degree of proof.
The study includes an introduction two topics and a conclusion. The introduction comprises three requirements; the first deals with defining the Qur'anic purposes linguistically and idiomatically the second deals with defining facilitation and removal of embarrassment linguistically and idiomatically and the third deals with explaining the concept of Qur'anic composition. The first topic included two requirements. the first of which deals with the purpose of facilitation in the Holy Qur'an and its evidence and the third deals with the Qur'anic composition and the influence on the recipient. The second topic included a study of the effect of the purpose of facilitation on the Quranic composition. Finally came a conclusion in which the most important findings were summarized.
