Abstract


The research deals with the study of the subject of advocacy aspects in the jurisprudence of minorities, as it is the process of linking a special jurisprudence of Muslim minorities with the call to God in terms of its purposes, rules and applications. First: Advocacy foundations in the purposes of the jurisprudence of minorities. The second:
the pillars of advocacy in the rules of jurisprudence of minorities. And the second topic: the meanings of advocacy in examples of jurisprudential applications of the jurisprudence of minorities. In it, I spoke about deduced advocacy meanings in the light of the decisions of the European Council for Fatwa and Research, which is specialized in researching issues and fatwas of Muslim minorities, and the third topic: it relates to the principles necessary for the jurisprudence of minorities, to achieve its advocacy purposes. I dealt with some of the principles that prepare the jurisprudence of minorities for its advocacy role. Then she concluded with a conclusion in which she showed the most important results that she reached.
