Abstract

Giving peace is of great importance in the monotheistic religions.
The wisdom of peace legislation is to spread peace, establish the rules of peaceful coexistence, and reject violence and extremism, intellectual and physical. The monotheistic religions have guided in many of their texts the importance of spreading peace and offering it to those we know and those we do not know. Even God Almighty is one of His most beautiful names: Peace, and Paradise is one of its names: Dar al-Salam, and in this research, I shed light on the nature and concept of peace, and an explanation of the importance of peace in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
