Abstract

Criminal texts are the templates in which the jeweler pours orders and prohibitions to the addressees so they are the result of human effort this human effort includes clarity and accuracy in the commissioning and stay away from ambiguity and ignorance and the request for accuracy and perfection entails the expectation of infallibility for human effort through the expectation of the future and new situations. The jeweler has a prominent and important role in avoiding drafting defects through his knowledge of instrumental sciences such as exchange syntax logic and rhetoric. It is also necessary for the jeweler to be familiar with the ideology of the society in which the text will be applied.
