Since God Almighty created man, and destined for him to continue on earth to achieve the purpose for which he created him, and revealed his law to be a way of life for people in every time and place, it was not long before what the angels expected of bloodshed and corruption occurred on earth, and Cain was killed. His brother Abel, and that crime was the first crime ever, and goes back to what was reported from the sons of Adam in the words of God Almighty: “So his soul willingly decided to kill his brother, so he killed him and became one of the losers.” 1 Since the dawn of humanity, crimes have taken their many different forms. Crime is heinous behavior that affects the safety and security of societies and threatens their progress and existence. It also threatens human humanity. The Islamic religion has forbidden committing crimes of all kinds, and threatened the perpetrator of the crime with torment and punishment. The crime has evolved at the present time and has taken on many new forms and dimensions in the methods of its commission. 2The Islamic religion sets limits that prevent a person from initiating a crime, so that he does not end up falling into it and then becoming addicted to it. A person becomes accustomed to sin between the artistic and the artistic, and there is no doubt that crime is a behavior for which whoever commits it is punished.
