A research extracted from a master's thesis entitled Managing change in projects and its impact on employee productivity

Abstract

Through the research, the researcher presented many results that can be generalized. It can be said that change management is necessary in Iraqi projects, because change management helps in developing projects and presenting everything new. Change management also works to develop employees, increase their productivity, and this development It is through many means, and among these means are rewards and punishments, and change management seeks to develop employees through training courses for employees and other means, and with regard to obstacles and the method of preparing them, the researcher concluded that there are obstacles that stand in the way of preparing plans within the project and it turns out that It is possible to identify these obstacles at a great rate, as complete and ordinary knowledge varies, which makes it possible to avoid them if any are found
It helps in that, and as for planning for the future, it was found that it is clear that the degree of forecasting the presence of obstacles and obstacles is average, with an ability rate that enables the full prediction of these obstacles in the workplace, and for this reason it is possible to work to raise the efficiency of forecasting among employees, and perhaps these percentages indicate that, possible. Most of them take the necessary procedures to avoid and reduce these obstacles in the heart of the project, as it was shown that there are a number of degrees of creativity of the employees available in the modernization programs in the global education project, but most of them are the responsible explanation of the phenomena and the identification of landmarks.
