Abstract

The study dealt with the definition of the concession right and its characteristics and types. The research also included the protection of the worker's wages in terms of facilitating the fulfillment of it. His basic livelihood, and due to this importance, the legislator surrounded him with great protection.
One of the most important manifestations of this protection is the establishment of a general concession right for the worker's wages, and the basis for determining this concession is due to purely humanitarian considerations, as this category of creditors depends for their livelihood on these wages, in addition to the fact that these wages are small amounts that do not result in significant harm. In the share of the rest of the creditors, and that the workers have neither the time nor the means necessary to realize the fortune of those who employ them.
