Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of benevolent leadership in As dimensions (moral sensitivity, positive absorption, spiritual depth) in the dimensions of functional happiness indicators (indiependence, environmental empowerment, persanal dawlopment, positihe relationship with others, self-acceptance) Hence the idea of the study under the title that was identified and consider tourism companies as the study community and choose a sample of their employers, as the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers in tourism companies, as the number of the distributed questionnaire reached Questionnaire, and the research problem was formulated through a field visit to some tourism companies and the search for the impact of good wadership that can contribute to the success of the feelings of job happiness among workers through the work atmosphere, which is considered a cycle of basic incentives for indamal and extemal competition, and to answer the research problem a set of hypotheses have been developed, namely, Is there a constation and impact Between good Madership and happiness indicators) Through the study and research, a set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are there is a moral correlation and moral impact between the dimensions of me study selected within the tourism and travel companies of the study sample, which indicated that good leadership is very important to achieve feelings of job happiness)
