Abstract

Administration is the hand of the state in carrying out its various tasks and meeting various needs and services. Since its inception, the state has adopted various methods in administrative organization. Perhaps the oldest of these methods appears is the method of administrative centralization. Administrative centralization is based on unification and non-fragmentation, and it is intended to collect administrative activity exclusively in the hands of the administrative bodies located in the capital, as it controls all administrative functions such as directing, coordinating and planning.
