The denial of the wing and its implications for jurisprudential rulings

Abstract

The main problem in the research was: What is the significance of the formula (the denial of the wing) in the Holy Qur'an? What is its significance for the jurisprudential rulings that result from it when interpreting the verses of the rulings? I have sought to answer this problem, through three sections: the definition of the search terms (denial wing) contained in the Holy Qur'an, and the effect of the formula (denial of the wing) and its implications on jurisprudential rulings in worship, personal status, and trans-actions, and I reached a number of results. Perhaps the most im-portant of them: that the meaning of the formula "denying the wing" in the Holy Qur'an revolves around the denial of embar-rassment and the denial of sin and blame.
