Abstract

In the name of God and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God his family and companions and those who are loyal to him and after.
This research is in the jurisprudential choices in the school of Imam Abi Abdullah Ahmad bin Hanbal may God have mercy on him. Al-Hawi in jurisprudence is based on the school of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal)) where you see him choose and weigh in it due to very important preferences in the rest of the jurisprudence chapters which should take a space of interest and attention of students of knowledge from highlighting the opinions of this inimitable scholar and benefiting from his specific knowledge his mercy God and I have extracted four propositions in the sale and studied them in a jurisprudential study compared with the mention of evidence and showed the most correct opinion of them.
