Jurisprudential adaptation of the provisions of selling via modern communication devices

Abstract

Life is evolving and changing as well as people's lifestyles. In this research a serious attempt is made in line with the provisions of selling via modern communication devices which have entered human life and become an important part of our daily dealings as the provisions of Islamic law have the capacity to absorb accidents. And developments in every era and time. and from here came the idea of this research in order to clarify the provisions of the contracting process through it and the consequent jurisprudential rulings.
