Fundamentalist graduation of some issues related to the rules of public and private

Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of lords and Causer of causes, praise that rewards His abundance, fulfills His blessings, and protects us from affliction, epidemic, and vengeance, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad, the Chosen Prophet, and his family and companions, those who follow them until the Day of Judgment.
To proceed: This is a brief research in which I collected what was scattered in the books of the people of fundamentals in the concept and meaning of graduation and its connection to the rules of deriving legal, practical, mandated rulings that pertain to the taxpayer from the general public. It is one of the important investigations in the science of fundamentals, but rather one of the oldest in which the people of this art wrote, and one of the oldest fundamentalist terms in use and circulation. Al-Qarihah reached it from the mention of the fundamentalist rules, which reached my understanding that it is suitable for graduation and when a term or a term of fundamentalism is mentioned.
