The rule of the so-called obligatory commandment for the grandchildren
Keywords:
commandment, obligatory, grandchildren, Relatives, the inheritorsAbstract
The researcher explained the rule of the will for the grandchildren, and this research showed that the will is delegated and not obligatory. And that what some laws have adopted regarding making the bequest obligatory for the grandchildren is contrary even to the madhhab they adopted, because Ibn Hazm's apparent madhhab made the bequest an obligation for relatives who are not heirs. And that the obligatory will is a legal text and not a jurisprudence of any Islamic school of thought.
