Abstract

The fatwa in the light of the purposes of legitimacy have controls must be available and taken into account by the jurist, to be characterized by fatwas balance and moderation and non-contradiction and turmoil, and in this research a study of the most important and most prominent of those controls, has made it entitled: (controls fatwa in the light of legitimate purposes) This topic is intended to talk about the most important controls that the Mufti must take into account and consider in the Fatawah to achieve the purposes of legislation.
