Abstract

In the name of Allah, praise be to Allah and prayers and peace be upon the Mes-senger of Allah, our master Muhammad, his family and companions, and those who follow him, the (Sotto syndrome) is a pathological condition resulting from a defect in the human genes that leads to a deformity in his internal or external organs due to a deficiency in the work of (chromosome No. 5) for physical growth before and after birth and a decrease in the amount of (protein nsd1) inside the cell, which disrupts participation in growth or occurs excessive physical size, and the incidence rate is (1-14,000) discovered by American Doctor(Juan Sotos) in the year 1964, in. the United States of America, and the factors of infection where the old genetic and there are new factors as a result of a defect in the (pituitary gland) accompanying the syndrome, so our research came to clarify the jurisprudential provisions result-ing from injury when pregnant with the fetus and the rule of dropping it before birth, as well as the rule of natural birth of a pregnant woman, and a statement of the rule of breastfeeding for the fetus, and the issue of marriage of the injured at puberty, and God reconciles.
