Abstract


This research explores the reality of the approval that Imam Al-Shafi'i (may God have mercy on him) intended as false and the approval that he took, and it gives examples of the Shafi'is for the adoption of the correct approval, and shows that there is no prob-lem with the term if the branches and applications are correct.
