This research deals with the concept of debauchery and its impact on the provisions of marriage, including testimony, guardianship, and competence, and mentions the sayings of latecomers who oppose the approved doctrine, as the researcher follows the sayings of jurists and mentions their explanations compared to some personal status laws.
