Divorce phenomena spread largely in the present time and marriage get diminished owing to fear of separation, so many people could not afford responsibility, especially when marrying at an early age, and Islam forbids divorce and it legalizes it when the marriage life reaches a dead end, and it legalizes it with morals and teachings that achieve the interest of the family and the nation in a way that is far from arbitrariness and injustice, and set conditions for it, and set limits for it, and imposed restrictions on the will of the marriage in a way that any person is unable to consider it a qualitative act that he will perform whenever he wants and for any reason he wants.
The jurists are unanimously agreed that a man has the right to divorce his wife, if he has a valid reason for the divorce, in order to end the marital life, which must be terminated because of misery, disagreement, bad relations, disharmony, and other reasons that disturb the peace of marital life, but this right was granted to the man, but with necessary restrictions..
