The research aimed to determine the impact of organizational behavior on attracting customers in private banks, using a descriptive analytical model based on the questionnaire tool that was distributed to employees of both Al-Mansour Investment Bank and the International Development Bank for Investment and Finance, where the largest sample size was estimated at 209 individuals. The obtained raw data was tested using the SPSS-24 program.The research concluded that there is an application of organizational behavior in all its dimensions, as well as attracting customers in each of the two banks sampled in the study. It also showed that there is a strong positive effect of organizational behavior on the process of attracting customers in Iraqi banks, in addition to the existence of a strong positive effect relationship for each dimension of organizational commitment behavior. And organizational loyalty behavior, and a positive moderate effect of the organizational citizenship behavior dimension on the process of attracting customersThe research recommended the necessity of working to improve the organizational behavior applied in the Iraqi banks sample of the study, as well as improving the factors that help the process of attracting customers towards the banks themselves. To improve the process of attracting customers, attention must be paid to developing
and improving the organizational behaviors of employees because they have a strong positive impact on them.
